How to prepare

1)Prepare the Glass:​

• Chill a highball or Collins glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

​2)Mix the Drink:​

• In a shaker, combine Siren’s Song, gin, fresh lime juice  and simple syrup.​
• Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.

3)Combine and Serve:​

• Dump the ice water from the chilled glass.​
• Fill the glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.​
• Top off with club soda and stir gently to combine.
• Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and a lime twist on top.
