3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

How to prepare
1) Prepare the Glass :
- prepare a chilled coupe or fill a martini glass with ice
2) Mix the Drink :
- Fill a shaker with ice and add all the ingredients .
- Shake vigorously until well chilled .
3) Combine and Serve :
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice .
- Garnish with a lime wheel or a twist of lime.
