Blue raspberry Maple Whisky Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey​
  • 2 oz Wendigo’s Wrath
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice​
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness)​
  • 1/2 oz Egg White (optional, for froth and texture)​
  • Ice

How to prepare

1)Prepare the Glass:

  • prepare a rock glass with fresh ice

​2)Mix the Drink:

  • If using egg white, start with a dry shake (shake all ingredients without ice) to froth.​
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.

3)Combine and Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.​
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or a few fresh raspberries.
